Football Recap: Shakopee's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

If Shakopee was feeling good fresh off their 49-28 takedown of Stillwater last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Sabers fell 17-10 to the Rosemount Irish on Friday. The loss was the Sabers' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Shakopee fell to 3-1. As for Rosemount, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Coming up, Shakopee will welcome Osseo at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Rosemount, they will square off against Farmington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will give the Irish their first taste of in-conference action this season.
