Basketball Recap: Kimberly Drops Season-High Score on Marsh Valley

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Kimberly). They enjoyed a cozy 66-50 win over the Marsh Valley Eagles on Tuesday. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 51-49 victory the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2023.

Kimberly's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ady Osborne, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds. Those 20 points gave Osborne a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Taya Plew, who went 9 of 18 en route to 20 points along with seven boards and four steals.

Kimberly's win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Marsh Valley, their loss was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-5.

Kimberly didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 52-36 victory against Filer on the 12th. As for Marsh Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 54-37 win against Buhl on the 12th.
