After only 13 points in their last game, Gahr made sure to put some points up on the board against Compton Early College on Friday. The Gladiators blew past the Rising Phoenix, posting a 42-12 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Gladiators, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Gahr has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 30.4 points over those games. As for Compton Early College, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.
