Pocola put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 71-28 win over the Catoosa Indians. Pocola has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 23 points or more this season.

Catoosa's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jacquelyn Cornwell, who posted eight points. Cornwell is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Olivia Bowen, who had nine points and five rebounds.

Pocola's victory bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Catoosa, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Pocola will head out to challenge Stigler at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Catoosa, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Okay at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.
