The Casey County Rebels had just enough and edged out Non Varsity Opponent 5-4 on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Rebels.

Harmony Meece spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned runs on five hits and racked up eight Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Elizabeth Forbes was incredible, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with one home run, three stolen bases, and three runs. That's the most runs she has posted over her last six games. Another player making a difference was Kennedy Neat, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Casey County's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 14-15.
