Volleyball Recap: Viburnum Takes a Loss

Viburnum was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They came up short against the South Iron Panthers, falling 3-0. The Blue Jays were not able to make up for their loss to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-19, 25-19, 25-13.

Viburnum's defeat dropped their record down to 3-21. As for South Iron, with the win, they broke their seven-match losing streak and moved their record to 6-19.

Viburnum does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Iron, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Clearwater at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
