St. Charles had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the St. Francis DeSales Stallions on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Cardinals in their matchups with the Stallions: they've now won six in a row.

St. Charles walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The final score came out to 25-16, 15-25, 25-20, 25-14.

St. Charles' win bumped their record up to 17-7. As for St. Francis DeSales, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 12-12.

Coming up, St. Charles will take on Mt. Vernon on Saturday. The Yellowjackets will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something the Cardinals surely won't give up without a fight. St. Francis DeSales does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
