After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Colby, Goodland was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They walked away with a 56-46 victory over the Ulysses Tigers. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 90-82 victory back in January.

Goodland's win bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Ulysses, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-12.

Coming up, Goodland will head out to square off against Syracuse on Tuesday. The Cowboys will be up against the Bulldogs' rather soft defense (which has allowed 54.95 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Ulysses, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Holcomb at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
