Soccer Game Preview: Harlan vs. Tri-Center

Harlan hasn't had much luck against Tri-Center recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Cyclones will look to defend their home pitch against the Trojans at 5:00 p.m.

On Friday, Harlan was able to grind out a solid victory over Creston, taking the game 4-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for Harlan.

Meanwhile, for the first time this season, Tri-Center was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor Missouri Valley could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

With that draw, Tri-Center's record moves to 7-4-1. As for Harlan, their win bumped their record up to 9-6.

Harlan suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Tri-Center when the teams last played back in May of 2025. Can the Cyclones avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
