Volleyball Recap: Poth Comes Up Short

Poth saw some tournament action on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tivy Antlers. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-19.

Poth's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Tivy, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-10.

Poth has already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Cedar Ridge on the 30th. As for Tivy, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Fredericksburg on the 30th.
