Kern Valley has gone a perfect 10-0 against Desert recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Broncs are taking a road trip to square off against the Scorpions at 3:15 p.m. Kern Valley is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.4 runs per game this season.

Kern Valley's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Boron with a sharp 11-0 win. The Broncs have beaten the Bobcats the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Bobcats has come to flipping the script.

Meanwhile, Desert unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They lost 18-0 to California City. The match marked the first time this year in which the Scorpions were not able to get on the board.

Kern Valley's victory bumped their record up to 11-5. As for Desert, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-7.

Kern Valley took their win against Desert in their previous matchup back in April by a conclusive 15-5 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Broncs since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
