Cinco Ranch had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 19 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Morton Ranch Mavericks with a sharp 63-38 win. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Cinco Ranch's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Camille Torrence led the charge by going 6 for 13 on her way to 19 points and six assists. That's the most assists Torrence has posted since back in November of 2024. Aniya' Foy was another key player, dropping a double-double on 22 points and ten rebounds.

Cinco Ranch smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 20 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in 11 consecutive games.

Cinco Ranch is on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 16 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season. As for Morton Ranch, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-18.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Seven Lakes the next time they take the court. Morton Ranch will head out to face Seven Lakes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Cinco Ranch will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on January 7th.
