St. Boniface Catholic Classical will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Mary at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

St. Boniface Catholic Classical's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a rough 66-27 loss at the hands of Athens Christian Preparatory Academy. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for St. Boniface Catholic Classical in their matchups with Athens Christian Preparatory Academy: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, St. Mary's scored the most points they've had all season to find success last Friday. They came out on top against Athens Christian Preparatory Academy by a score of 73-60. Winning may never get old, but St. Mary's sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.

The match pitted two dominant guards against one another in Evan Hodge and Landry Gammon. Hodge had a great game and dropped a double-double on 32 points and ten rebounds. Meanwhile, Gammon was balling out in the loss, scoring 34 points along with nine rebounds and six steals.

St. Boniface Catholic Classical's loss was their third straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-1. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 26.3 points per game. As for St. Mary's, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

St. Boniface Catholic Classical was dealt a bruising 73-24 loss at the hands of St. Mary's in their previous meeting back in January of 2023. The matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point St. Boniface Catholic Classical was down 43-15.
