Basketball Recap: Jakari Smith Key Part of a Team Effort in Trojans Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Milwaukee King, Milwaukee Bradley Tech was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Milwaukee Hamilton Wildcats by a score of 82-69. This was payback for the Trojans, who suffered a 79-63 loss the last time these two teams met.

Milwaukee Bradley Tech's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jakari Smith led the charge by dropping a double-double on 18 points and 11 rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Smith a new career-high in assists (eight). Another player making a difference was Arvell Lockhart, who went 7 of 13 from beyond the arc on his way to 28 points and five steals.

Milwaukee Bradley Tech's victory bumped their record up to 11-8. As for Milwaukee Hamilton, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-6.
