Basketball Recap: Delaware Christian's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

Delaware Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 49-35 bruising from the Shekinah Christian Flames. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 537th, while the Flames are ranked 226th).

Delaware Christian's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-6. As for Shekinah Christian, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-1.

Delaware Christian is taking a road trip to take on St. Peter's at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Shekinah Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Independence at 7:30 p.m.
