Softball Recap: St. Teresa Bulldogs vs. Tuscola Warriors
St. Teresa extended their losing streak to 13 on Tuesday, dropping their season record down to 6-18 in the process. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the Tuscola Warriors. The Bulldogs were not able to make up for their defeat to the Warriors from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.
Jalie Eller was huge no matter where she played even without the win. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over six innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off eight hits. Eller was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run.
In other batting news, Emery Krieger made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run. That home run marked the first that she has launched this season.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Allison Pettry, who went 2-for-4 with one triple, one run, and one double. Ava Boyer was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.
