Softball Recap: Lincolnwood Takes a Loss

Lincolnwood fell victim to Tri-City and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Tornadoes, falling 9-0. The Lancers haven't had much luck with the Tornadoes recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Lincolnwood now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Tri-City, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2-1.

Lincolnwood didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 12-3 loss against Pleasant Plains on the 2nd. As for Tri-City, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against North Greene at 4:30 p.m. The Tornadoes are facing the Spartans at the right time seeing as the Spartans are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
