Soccer Recap: Peabody Plays to a Tie

For the first time since back in March, Peabody was forced to settle for a draw on Thursday. They and the Union City Golden Tornadoes finished up their match with a 1-1 draw. Peabody had to tread lightly for part of the contest as three Peabody players were handed yellow cards, which could explain the final result.

Their goal came courtesy of Alan Pitonas, which was the first he's scored this season.
