Volleyball Recap: Prairie Ridge Gets the Win

Prairie Ridge won the last time they faced Glenbard East and things went their way on Friday too. The Wolves had just enough and edged out the Rams 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wolves.

The match was exciting from start to finish, as two sets needed extra rallies to gain a two-point lead. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-27, 27-17, 25-13.

Prairie Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 24-4. As for Glenbard East, with the defeat, they broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 11-19.

Coincidentally, Prairie Ridge and Glenbard East will both be playing Belleville East the next time they take the court. The Rams will host the Lancers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Wolves will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
