Football Game Preview: Parkview Vikings vs. Rolla Bulldogs

Parkview hasn't had much luck against Rolla recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Vikings will be playing at home against the Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. Parkview will be strutting in after a victory while Rolla will be coming in after a loss.

Parkview is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They enjoyed a cozy 27-8 win over Hillcrest on Friday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Meanwhile, Rolla played a tough matchup last Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were outmatched by St. Dominic and fell 38-7. The contest marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Parkview has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 3-5 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 10.5 points on average over those games. As for Rolla, they now have a losing record of 3-4.
