Basketball Recap: Franklin Comes Up Short

If Franklin was feeling good fresh off their 56-19 takedown of Phillipsburg last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Franklin Warriors were outmatched by the Gill St. Bernard's Knights and fell 61-34. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the Knights recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Franklin's loss dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Gill St. Bernard's, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season.

Franklin does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Gill St. Bernard's has already played their next match (against Long Island Lutheran), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
