Volleyball Recap: Knoxville Central Bobcats vs. Clinton Dragons
Knoxville Central hadn't done well against Clinton recently (they were 1-7 in their previous eight matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Bobcats sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Dragons. For the Bobcats, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Dragons walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.
Knoxville Central was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (104-101), but they still managed to win. The final score came out to 16-25, 25-19, 25-21, 19-25, 16-14.
