Volleyball Recap: Westlake Thunder vs. Cedar Valley Aviators
Westlake had lost nine straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Thursday they dropped down to 4-17 to make it ten. They fell just short of the Cedar Valley Aviators by a score of 3-2. While the Thunder didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Aviators 25-15 in the first set.

Westlake's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Leiema Fano, who had nine digs and two aces, and Kamylle Te'o, who had 17 digs and seven kills.
