Abington Heights put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Montrose Meteors. The Comets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Meteors, too.

Abington Heights was led to victory by Madison Smith and Brielle Wentz. Smith had ten digs and three aces, while Wentz had nine assists and three digs. That's the most digs Smith has posted over her last six matches.

They weren't the only good server: Abington Heights was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 24 consecutive games dating back to last season.

Abington Heights' win bumped their record up to 13-0. As for Montrose, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 5-2.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Abington Heights beat the Meteors by a score of 2-0 later that day.
