Volleyball Game Preview: Rayne Wolves vs. Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy Eagles

The Rayne Wolves are taking a road trip to face off against the Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Rayne lost 3-0 to Acadiana on Thursday. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Rayne was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-19, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy suffered their biggest defeat since September 16th on Wednesday. They came up short against Westminster Christian Academy, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their meetings with the Chargers: they've now lost four in a row.

Rayne's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 7-12.
