Recap: Legacy Charter Eagles vs. Moore Haven Terriers
With a playoff game on the line, the Legacy Charter Eagles rose to the challenge on Thursday. They came out on top against the Terriers by a score of 48-40. The victory was familiar territory for Legacy Charter who now have four in a row.
Legacy Charter got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jayden Richmond out in front who scored 15 points along with five rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyle James, who scored 11 points along with three steals.
Legacy Charter has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 14-9 record this season. As for Moore Haven, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-7.
Legacy Charter will square off against Victory Christian Academy at TBD on Saturday. Victory Christian Academy has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 1,921 points over their last 25 contests. Moore Haven does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
