Softball Recap: Lima Central Catholic Comes Up Short

Lima Central Catholic lost against Minster back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Thunderbirds came up short against the Wildcats, falling 13-1. The Thunderbirds have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lima Central Catholic's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Minster, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lima Central Catholic will host Lima Senior at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Minster, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Shawnee at 6:00 p.m.
