The Clemson player is one of many Folsom players at the next level.
Folsom spent the last decade playing for a section title in all but one year, winning seven. In 2014 and 2017 Folsom went 16-0. It's no wonder why the Bulldogs are the 2010's most dominant Sac-Joaquin Section high school football team.
Another Sierra Foothill League team, Del Oro, falls behind Folsom at No. 2. The Golden Eagles played in seven section finals, winning six. The 2018 section title was later pulled because of an ineligible player. We did not count that title in their overall points.
Section titles were not the only criteria used when determining the decade's top teams. We also took into account where each team finished in the MaxPreps Sac-Joaquin Section Top 25 rankings. This rewarded teams for playing tough schedules along the way.

• Top 25 finishes in the MaxPreps section computer rankings (25 points awarded to the No. 1 team, 24 for No. 2 and so on).
• Section championships (20 points).
• Section championship game appearances (10 points).
