Soccer Recap: Rolesville Comes Up Short

After soaring to four goals the game before, Rolesville was a bit more limited in their match on Saturday. They fell just short of the Laney Buccaneers by a score of 1-0. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Rolesville couldn't quite close it out.

Rolesville's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rolesville will challenge Felton Grove at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Laney, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Pinecrest at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
