After a string of three wins, Bishop McNamara's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Flint Hill Huskies. The Mustangs were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Huskies earlier this season, when they won 2-1.

Sophia Delarosa paced Bishop McNamara's offense, picking up seven kills. Delarosa got some help from Keisha Adkins and her eight assists.

Bishop McNamara's defeat dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Flint Hill, the win got them back to even at 9-9-1.

Looking ahead, Bishop McNamara will head out on the road to square off against St. Mary's Ryken at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Flint Hill, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against The Academy of the Holy Cross on the 11th.
