Basketball Recap: Exeter Township Takes a Loss

After flying high against Pottsgrove on Saturday, Exeter Township came back down to earth. The Eagles took a 61-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Penn Manor Comets on Tuesday. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Comets apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2024.

Exeter Township's defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Penn Manor, they now also have a winning record of 2-1.

Exeter Township wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 65-49 win against Conrad Weiser on the 11th. Penn Manor has also already played their next contest (against Manheim Township), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
