Softball Recap: Kingman/Norwich Comes Up Short

Kingman/Norwich couldn't beat Pratt on Monday even though they stacked four runs on them in the third inning. The Eagles lost 16-4 to the Greenbacks. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ryan Schreiner made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one run and one double.

Kingman/Norwich's defeat dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Pratt, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Greenbacks beat Kingman/Norwich by a score of 3-1 later that day.
