Soccer Game Preview: Baldwin vs. Parker

The Baldwin Indians will take on the Parker Braves in a holiday battle at at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Baldwin is headed into Tuesday's following a draw, the team's first since November 14. Neither they nor First Coast could gain the upper hand on Thursday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Parker managed to keep up with Englewood until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Parker lost 3-0 to Englewood.

With that draw, Baldwin's record moves to 6-3-2. As for Parker, they dropped their record down to 1-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Baldwin was able to grind out a solid victory over Parker in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, winning 2-0. Will Baldwin repeat their success, or does Parker have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
