Basketball Recap: Adairsville Comes Up Short

Adairsville lost against Calhoun back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Adairsville Tigers took a 52-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Calhoun Yellow Jackets. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Adairsville's record is now 10-14. As for Calhoun, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.

Adairsville will take on LaFayette at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Adairsville is facing LaFayette at the right time seeing as LaFayette is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Calhoun has already played their next match (against Ridgeland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
