Volleyball Recap: Westwood Takes a Loss

Westwood managed to slip by Norton the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Wolverines lost 3-0 to the Lancers on Wednesday. The Wolverines just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Westwood was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Norton work for it, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-23, 25-14, 28-26.

Westwood's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Norton, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-5 record this season.

Westwood didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Dighton-Rehoboth Regional on the 5th. As for Norton, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Nipmuc Regional on the 5th.
