Softball Recap: Tippecanoe Takes a Loss

Tippecanoe has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging three runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Saturday. They came up short against the Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs, falling 13-3. The Red Devils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tippecanoe's loss dropped their record down to 11-4. As for Bloom-Carroll, they pushed their record up to 13-0 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Tippecanoe will host Fairborn at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Bloom-Carroll, they are taking a road trip to face off against Circleville at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. The Bulldogs are facing the Tigers at the right time seeing as the Tigers are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
