Recap: Eek Cougars vs. Lewis Angapak Blue Jays
The Eek Cougars's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Saturday after their fourth straight loss. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 79-55 walloping at the hands of Lewis Angapak. Eek has not had much luck with Lewis Angapak recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Lewis Angapak's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ashton White, who scored 28 points. White is absolutely dominating the point category: he's posted at least 15 every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Jordan Carl, who scored 21 points.
Eek's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Lewis Angapak, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-3.
Eek does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Lewis Angapak also has no future games currently scheduled.
