Softball Recap: Vassar Takes a Loss

Vassar was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 17-1 to the Glenn Bobcats.

Vassar saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Carmen Hernandez, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one RBI. Lia Redmann also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.

Vassar's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Glenn, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Coming up, Vassar will be playing at home against Bad Axe at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Glenn, they will venture away from home to face off against Greenhills at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
