Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Sophie Hales and Jenna Wyndham Lead Christian Educational Consortium to Victory

Christian Educational Consortium not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since February 20th. They put the hurt on the FAITH HomeSchool Falcons with a sharp 50-30 win. Given the Cougars' advantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 231st in Kentucky, while the Falcons are ranked 633rd in Michigan), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Leading Christian Educational Consortium to victory were Jenna Wyndham and Sophie Hales. Wyndham dropped a double-double with 23 points and 11 boards, while Hales posted 16 points and six steals. That makes it 13 consecutive games in which Wyndham has scored at least a third of Christian Educational Consortium's points. Another player making a difference was Ainsley Balzer, who scored five points and ten rebounds.
