Soccer Game Preview: Oregon Episcopal vs. Portland Adventist Academy

Oregon Episcopal is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Oregon's top teams: Catlin Gabel, who was ranked first at the time (Oregon Episcopal was ranked third). The Aardvarks blew past the Eagles 4-1 on Friday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Oregon Episcopal considering their one-goal performance the matchup before.

Meanwhile, Portland Adventist Academy came up short against Valley Catholic on Thursday, falling 5-2. Portland Adventist Academy have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Oregon Episcopal's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Portland Adventist Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Everything went Oregon Episcopal's way against Portland Adventist Academy in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as Oregon Episcopal made off with an 8-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Aardvarks since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
