Landstown has gone a perfect 9-0 against Tallwood recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Eagles will head out to face off against the Lions at 7:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Landstown is likely headed into the matchup with a focus on the second half, which is when things went downhill against Kellam on Tuesday. The Eagles came up short against the Knights, falling 3-0. Meanwhile, Tallwood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to Bayside.

Tallwood's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Landstown, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5-4.

Everything went Landstown's way against Tallwood in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, as Landstown made off with a 5-1 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
