Volleyball Recap: Antigo Takes a Loss

Antigo was the 2-1 winner over Ashwaubenon when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Red Robins fell 2-0 to the Jaguars on Saturday. The Red Robins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-15.

Ashwaubenon can attribute much of their success to Ashley Woodworth, who had five digs and four aces. That's the most aces Woodworth has posted since back in October of 2024.

Antigo's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Ashwaubenon, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-8.

Antigo wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Menasha on the 13th. As for Ashwaubenon, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Amherst on the 13th.
