Basketball Recap: New England Takes a Loss

New England was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 60-33 defeat at the hands of the Hettinger/Scranton Black Devils. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 49-33 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

New England's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Hettinger/Scranton, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 11-9.

While New England had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
