Volleyball Recap: New Brockton Comes Up Short

New Brockton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Zion Chapel Rebels. The Gamecocks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rebels apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

New Brockton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Zion Chapel, the victory got them back to even at 11-11.

Looking ahead, New Brockton will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Pike County at 5:00 p.m. As for Zion Chapel, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Straughn on the 4th.
