Soccer Recap: Friday's Win Is Caprock's Fifth in Last Six Outings

Caprock won the last time they faced Lubbock-Cooper and things went their way on Friday too. The Caprock Longhorns' defense stepped up to hand the Lubbock-Cooper Pirates a 1-0 shutout. Aldo Carrasco had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Longhorns.

Caprock has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-2 record this season. As for Lubbock-Cooper, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-2 record.
