Baseball Game Preview: The Master's Academy Lions vs. IC Imagine Kingfishers

The Master's Academy Lions are taking a road trip to take on the IC Imagine Kingfishers at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in The Master's Academy's favor is that they have posted at least ten runs in their last four matches.

On Friday, The Master's Academy got the win against Bethel Christian Academy by a conclusive 12-6. Considering the Lions have won eight games by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, IC Imagine beat Asheville School (Independent) 8-5 on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Kingfishers.

The Master's Academy is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 9.4 runs. As for IC Imagine, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

The Master's Academy skirted past IC Imagine 8-6 when the teams last played back in May of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lions since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
