Baseball Preview: Southwest SD Raiders vs. Lincoln Hornets

Southwest SD and Lincoln are an even 4-4 against one another since March of 2016, but likely not for long. The Raiders will square off against the Hornets at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Southwest SD is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.7 runs per game this season.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Southwest SD turned things around against Kearny on Wednesday. They blew past the Komets 15-7. The Raiders not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since March 20th.

Anthony Bejarano was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over 6.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits.
