Harlan had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 26 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Chicago Washington Patriots as they made off with a 61-38 victory. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Falcons had established a 21 point advantage.

It was another big night for Jameel Patterson, who posted 19 points. Another player making a difference was Julius Jackson, who had 11 points.

The win got Harlan back to even at 7-7. As for Chicago Washington, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Harlan will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Thornridge at 5:00 p.m. on February 11th. As for Chicago Washington, they and Tinley Park will face off at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday without much rest having both just played.
