Basketball Recap: South Gwinnett Comes Up Short

South Gwinnett played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against the Archer Tigers, falling 72-24. The Comets haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.

South Gwinnett's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Archer, they pushed their record up to 8-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Gwinnett will head out to take on Southwest Atlanta Christian at 6:00 p.m. on December 20th. As for Archer, they are taking a road trip to square off against Dacula at 6:00 p.m. on December 20th.
