Soccer Recap: Shadow Mountain Takes a Loss

Shadow Mountain lost against Goldwater back in November of 2017 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Shadow Mountain Matadors came up short against the Goldwater Bulldogs, falling 4-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Matadors were already down 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Annika Gulchak, which was the first she's scored this season.

Shadow Mountain dropped their record down to 0-10-2 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home. As for Goldwater, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-11.

Shadow Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Goldwater, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 1-0 win against Moon Valley on the 6th.
